Shipping & Returns

Your order can be tracked post-purchase by referring to your receipt. However, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns via email (info@thlcompany.com) or phone (888-717-3310). Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday (9AM to 3PM EST).

THL uses USPS standard shipping for all delivery addresses within the United States and its territories, excluding P.O. boxes and rural routes. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your THL purchase, return it within 90 days from the date it was shipped and receive a refund for the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

Please note that THL cannot accept returns that have excessive usage, as determined by our customer care team. In addition, THL cannot provide refunds for products not purchased directly through our website

To return an item(s), please follow these steps: contact us via email at: info@thlcompany.com and write “Return” in the subject line; please include your full name and order number in the email.

You will receive return instructions via email. We recommend shipping your return in the original box with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
